Banded Unilateral Arm Curl

  1. Grasp one or both handles in one hand and turn away from the anchor point. You will want the anchor point to be low. Stand in a staggered stance for better stability.

  2. Slowly raise the hand with the elbow bolted to the side of the rib to ensure that it is only the bicep doing all of the work.

  3. Slowly return to the starting position.
