Dumbbell Scaption Raise

  1. Standing with the feet hip-width apart and firmly on the ground.

  2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand and angled 45 degrees.

  3. Slowly raise the hands at a 45-degree angle (in relation to the shoulders).

  4. Stop the ascent when the hands get to shoulder height.

  5. Return to the starting position.
