Leg Extension

  1. Adjust the seat to fit your height (for most machines, your knees should be aligned with the pivot point) and sit upright.

  2. Grasp the handles and make sure you do not allow the glutes to elevate above the seat.

  3. Extend the legs to get a straight line from the hips to the knees to the ankles, focusing on the quads doing all of the work and pause at the top for a second.

  4. Slowly return the legs to the starting position.
