Lying Unilateral Cable Tricep Extension

  1. Lie on a bench while facing up.

  2. Grasp the cable with the right hand and extend the arm with the hand aligned with the shoulder.

  3. Slowly descend the hand and make sure the elbow remains aligned with the shoulder (the only joint movement is the hinging in the elbow).

  4. Slowly bring the hand back to the starting position and focus on the tricep doing all of the work.
