Hey, I’m Julio!

I’m a Navy Veteran and former collegiate athlete. I was blessed with the greatest dog ever and totally love nerding out with everything related to strength & conditioning. However, I’m only part-meathead, though, because I also love me some Broadway musicals (Rent, Jersey Boys and The Lion King are my top three!), live music and attending art shows. I'm also a bit of a basketball shoe addict -- Jordan XII Flu Game are the best ;)

You don't have to tell me twice-- being a business professional isn’t easy, especially when you're also a parent. There are always meetings, business trips, networking engagements, phone calls and endless emails, and then there's your son's football practice and daughter's volleyball tournaments, so aligning your schedule with a trainer or spin class is tough. Even then, you’re not letting these challenges stop you because you know you owe it to yourself and your family to a long, healthy life.

I am currently pursuing my higher education as a candidate Master of Science in Nutrition at Lamar University.

I’ve made it my mission to help busy folks break through the roadblocks of life, and feel more confident in their new bodies.
