Julio C. Lopez, MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT
As a veteran personal trainer with 8 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Coach Julio offers a unique knowledge and expertise in helping his clients reach their fitness goals. Each workout is tailored to the specific needs of each client and meal plan strategies always include the foods they like.
Along with being a veteran trainer, Coach Julio is a literal veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy from 2003-2007, receiving honors ranging from Sailor of the Quarter and the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal among others. After completing his service, Coach Julio attended and graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara, where he was a collegiate athlete in rowing and served as the team’s captain his senior year.
He holds two training certifications— Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.
