Banded Unilateral Leg Extension

  1. Hold a loop band with both hands on one end and the right foot holding down the other end.

  2. Pull and twist the band 180 degrees, forming a figure 8 with the band. Then, pull the top loop under the foot and, ultimately, behind the achilles.

  3. Lift the chair up to insert the chair leg through the loop.

  4. Extend the right leg to extension, focusing on the quads doing all of the work and pause at the top for a second.

  5. Slowly return the leg to the starting position.
