Dumbbell Shoulder Press with Band

  1. This exercise can be done in a seated or standing position.

  2. Insert both wrists through the loop band.

  3. Holding a dumbbell in each hand with the palms facing each other and just outside shoulder-width apart.

  4. Press the dumbbells upward until full arm extension in a straight line, not allowing the arms to be swayed by the band.

  5. Slowly lower the weight to the starting position
