  1. Sitting on a bench with the feet flat.

  2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand with the palms facing you.

  3. Drive the elbows wide and the dumbbells over your head, with a 90 degree angle at the elbows and palms facing away from you. Picture yourself forming a diamond with your arms.

  4. Slowly lower the weight to the starting position
