Cable Kickback

Attach an ankle strap to a cable pulley station. Strap the right leg.

Hinge at the hips to bring the torso down to parallel with the ground.

Keeping the right leg straight, kick it forward about 6-12 inches.
-
Kick the right leg back until that leg and the torso form a straight line.

Pause for 1-2 seconds and return to the starting position.
