Cable Kickback

  1. Attach an ankle strap to a cable pulley station. Strap the right leg.

  2. Hinge at the hips to bring the torso down to parallel with the ground.

  3. Keeping the right leg straight, kick it forward about 6-12 inches.

  4. Kick the right leg back until that leg and the torso form a straight line.

  5. Pause for 1-2 seconds and return to the starting position.
