Fire Hydrant with Lean
While in a quadruped position, lean to the left.
Press with the left leg to return to the starting position, meanwhile, raise the right leg and hold for 1-2 seconds.
Descend the right leg and concurrently lean the left leg.
Limit the amount of hip movement and focus on just the glute doing the work.
NOTE: For a more challenging variation, use a band loop. Have the band above one knee and below the other. The leg with the band above the knee is the leg that is being raised.
