Pronated Grip EZ Bar Arm Curl

  1. Grasp an EZ bar with both hands facedown and evenly distanced from the midpoint, and attach the elbows to the sides of your ribs (imagine that the elbows are bolted to the ribs and try not to allow them to move around).

  2. Bring the weight up and focus on the biceps performing all of the work. Try to resist the urge to rock the torso.

  3. Slowly descend the weight in its return to the starting position.
