Workout Nerdout: Episode 1 -- Let's Talk About Reps, Baby

The number of repetitions prescribed for exercises depends a lot on the person's goals. For example, higher repetitions are generally recommended for individuals that are looking to improve muscular endurance, and lower repetitions for training to gain muscular strength. In the first episode of my video series, Workout Nerdout, I discuss the role repetitions play in helping one accomplish his/her fitness goals, as well as providing advice about very high repetitions.
